Clarance Baclig
President
He currently serves with Best Choice Health Partners (BCHP) – Behavioral Health, where he provides executive-level operational and compliance oversight within Nevada’s Medicaid Behavioral Health framework. In this role, he leads the development of compliant service infrastructures, strengthens medical-necessity standards and documentation integrity, and ensures continuous audit readiness through structured policies, internal controls, and measurable accountability systems. His leadership integrates regulatory compliance with operational efficiency, aligning clinical practice, billing processes, service authorizations, and quality improvement activities to consistently meet payer and state standards.
He works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote ethical service delivery, risk mitigation, and data-informed decision-making. His approach emphasizes transparency, structured governance, and system-level safeguards that protect both client outcomes and organizational sustainability.
He seeks to serve on the BioPsynergy Board to advance access to responsible, effective, and financially sustainable behavioral health services. He brings a governance-focused, compliance-first perspective that strengthens fiduciary oversight, protects mission integrity, and supports disciplined strategic growth.
With more than 35 years of experience in highly regulated environments, including leadership under Nevada Medicaid requirements since January 2024, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to build accountable systems that withstand audit scrutiny while maintaining a strong commitment to community-centered care.

Andrea Aguilar LCSW
Clinical Director
Licensed Clinical Social Worker with approximately 14 years of experience in public mental health, healthcare, and community-based services. Her expertise includes clinical social work, healthcare systems, compliance, and leadership within highly regulated environments. Andrea has held roles with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, North Los Angeles Regional Center, and the LA County Department of Mental Health, serving Medicaid and Medicare populations from adolescents to adults. Since 2019, she has worked in Las Vegas with community-based agencies addressing gaps in mental health care, as well as in home health and hospice case management.
Andrea is motivated to serve on the Board of BioPsynergy by a commitment to integrated, person-centered care. She brings a frontline clinical perspective, operational insight, and systems-level understanding that strengthens Board oversight and decision-making.

Ricardo Gonzalez
Grant Writer Community Outreach Development Director
Dedicated public service professional with over 20 years of experience supporting underserved communities through government and nonprofit programs. Proven track record in eligibility services, case management, and program oversight, ensuring individuals and families access critical resources and social support systems. Skilled in navigating complex systems, building community partnerships, and advocating for equitable service delivery. Brings a strong commitment to social impact, operational efficiency, and culturally responsive service. Holds a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) and is passionate about advancing mission-driven initiatives that improve outcomes for vulnerable populations.

Faith Unite MSN, FNP-BC
Vice President
Faith Unite is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with over two decades of clinical experience in emergency medicine, critical care, nephrology, and outpatient behavioral health. Her advanced practice background and years in the intensive care unit uniquely position her to support programs serving individuals with complex medical, behavioral, and chronic health needs.​
As an APRN, Faith performs comprehensive assessments, manages acute and chronic conditions, oversees pain management and mental health syndromes, and coordinates interdisciplinary care to ensure safe, effective, and person-centered treatment plans. Her experience in dialysis and nephrology strengthened her ability to manage medically fragile populations requiring careful monitoring, medication reconciliation, and collaborative care.

Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Faith served more than a decade in critical care at a comprehensive stroke center, where she cared for high-acuity patients with cerebrovascular emergencies and complex comorbidities. In the ICU, she ensured precise implementation of treatment plans, interpreted diagnostic and laboratory findings, and collaborated closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support stabilization and recovery. Her earlier experience as an emergency department nurse further shaped her ability to respond quickly, assess thoroughly, and manage crisis situations with calm clinical judgment.
Faith’s clinical foundation directly informs the safety standards, medical oversight, and integrated wellness approach embedded in our nonprofit’s programs. Fluent in English, Tagalog, and Ilocano, she remains deeply committed to serving diverse communities with clinical excellence, cultural sensitivity, and compassionate leadership.

Lillian Aguirre
Board Member | Operations & Administrative Director
Lillian Aguirre is a healthcare administrator and behavioral health leader with expertise in organizational development, regulatory compliance, and program implementation across Nevada and California. As Operations and Administrative Director, she oversees infrastructure development, licensing alignment, financial planning, and policy governance to ensure sustainable, mission-driven growth.
Her professional background includes child development, behavioral health systems, Medicaid-aligned services, and multidisciplinary team leadership. Lillian has led the development of program handbooks, compliance frameworks, and operational models submitted to licensing agencies and financial institutions, demonstrating strong fiduciary oversight and risk management practices.
Currently pursuing doctoral studies in healthcare administration, she integrates evidence-based leadership, ethical governance, and systems thinking into her work. Lillian is committed to transparency, accountability, and building high-quality programs that protect organizational integrity while serving children, families, and underserved communities with excellence and care.
